Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any merchandise.

Store Credit Exception – Bags Only Bags may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:

• The bag must be unused and in its original condition with no damage.
• The bag must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned bag.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse store credit if the bag does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.
